Geraldine Villa-Hernandez is an associate attorney specializing in litigation, with a focus on landlord-tenant matters, collection cases, and real property issues. She assists clients in navigating the complexity of litigation while being a strong believer in alternative dispute resolution. Background
Geraldine is a Salinas native with Mexican heritage. She earned her BA in Criminal Justice from California State University Sacramento, and her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Villa worked as an assistant at Noland Hamerly for two years. During law school she participated in a number of internships, such as with Sacramento Superior Court, one with in-house counsel at a major agricultural employer, and a year-long clerk position with a well-respected local firm. She also founded the First Generation Law Student Association at Santa Clara University School of Law. Geraldine serves on the Board of the Monterey County Women Lawyers Association.
In her free time, Geraldine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, and reading.
